Oh yeah. Imperiously Regal in the extreme. No doubt about the Mistress cast completely in the persona of an old school Queen. The kind of woman who strikes such deep desire and torrid terror that you address her as "Your Majesty" even in dreams. You can bet her bitches wear her collars, and that she keeps an entire retinue of head's men on stand-by so those who displease do not overpopulate the dungeons of the tower.
